Chapter I

2022-2023

I like to call my moments of discovery “chapters.” These moments in time represent a shift or change in my process, headspace, or overall direction. Chapter 1 is most likely the biggest shift I’ve experienced as an artist. In many ways this chapter covers the rebirth of BrassTuna. I was finally able to secure a personal studio space for myself to shoot and work on any and every project my free time would allow. This was a moment in time where I wasn’t limited to shooting photos only outside, but now for the first time I had access to studio-based photography.
